Hhahaha Nooo the fact that an insider bought Preferred shares! a share of a company is there to insight that you will make money as a company makes money in the form of dividends, preferred shares receive profit in the form of dividends before the common stock does when a company hits profitability! sooo he bought a bunch of preferred shares and will grand himself dividends within a year from now with his preferred shares. as long as no common shares are sold from any insider it shows that they are still bullish on the common shares, according to a study from the University of Chicago done from 1950 to 1960 there is a 71% chance of another insider purchase.
